While I prefer the Dan Cong fresh, aged also has it’s benefits…unless it is not from a good year. This is a good Dan Cong, however it is missing that single tree flavor that makes this the finest oolong in the world. The best Dan Cong that I have found was from http://www.TeaNeeds.com, if they still have some left, you had better grab it!
