Audie, I keep most of my pu’ers in their original paper wrappers on a high shelf in my basement. I don’t choose to climate-control like those who build caves or control humidity. The basement provides a cooler, more humid place that still allows the pu’er to breathe. These pu’ers are for personal enjoyment, not something for which I expect a financial return.

Do you keep your puerhs in any special conditions or do you just keep them in their original packaging?
