Good review. Can’t say I noticed a metallic note when I tried it. I do agree that it had an overly vegetal impression at first complimented by a lemon/melon note. I didn’t have the usual clumping difficulties I would with other Koicha-grade froth-ups. Still, I agree with you on the rest.
