		<description>really enjoyed this review. like the updates: timeline, closeups, interactive mode. appreciate comments like: pause now to take your notes; take notes of your own tasting before listening to mine; like the guywan lid tips! 

couple thoughts: u said taste while still hot cuz the drinker might miss good flavors. i find that especially with greens, the flavors (especially nutty) are often enhanced as it cools. maybe a note about noting flavors while hot vs after it cools? tasting tip: slurping to have the taste buds around tongue used vs. just front of tongue.
