Let us now begin the season of attending tea festivals/expos. Tea shops are offering tastings of the newly arrived spring teas. NYC has a Coffee and Tea Festival. May brings the World Tea Expo. If ever there was a time to rub elbows with other tea drinkers and sample new teas, it has begun.

- Special Events, like a Taiwan Wulong Rolling Demonstration
